By accessing or using the Atlygo website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any booking.
1. Services
Atlygo provides an online platform for:
- Visa application assistance and documentation services
- Hotel reservations (partner hotels and third-party inventory)
- Tour and activity bookings
- Travel-related general services
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Payment must be completed at the time of booking unless a manual payment arrangement is agreed
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation email from us
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received within the specified time
4. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel information
- You must ensure all travellers hold valid travel documents
- You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and entry requirements of the destination country
- Any errors in information provided that result in additional costs are the customer's responsibility
5. Cancellations by Customer
Cancellation policies vary by service type. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. Visa application fees are generally non-refundable once processing has begun.
6. Cancellations by Atlygo
We reserve the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g. supplier failure, force majeure). In such cases, a full refund of the amount paid to us will be provided. We are not liable for any consequential losses.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Atlygo acts as an agent/intermediary for hotels, tour operators, and visa authorities
- We are not liable for the actions or failures of third-party suppliers
- We are not liable for visa rejections by government authorities
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of Atlygo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without our written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
