The standard Oman single-entry tourist visa costs approximately USD 20–30 and is valid for 30 days from the date of entry. A multiple entry visa valid for 1 year is also available for frequent visitors. An Oman e-visa requires a valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond your intended stay, a recent passport-size photo on a white background, a confirmed return flight booking, and hotel accommodation details. Some nationalities may additionally need to submit a bank statement showing sufficient funds for the duration of the visit.

A standard Oman tourist visa allows a stay of up to 30 days per visit. If you need more time, the visa can be extended once for an additional 30 days through the Royal Oman Police (ROP) portal while in-country. Alternatively, you can exit and re-enter on a multiple entry visa. Overstaying in Oman carries a fine of OMR 10 per day.
