1. Nature of Our Service

Atlygo provides visa application assistance services only. We help customers prepare, compile, and submit visa applications to the relevant government or immigration authorities on their behalf.

We are not a government body, embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. We have no affiliation with any government department and no influence over visa decisions.

2. No Guarantee of Approval

The approval or rejection of any visa application is the sole discretion of the relevant government authority of the destination country. Atlygo does not guarantee, promise, or imply that any visa application will be approved.

Factors that may affect visa decisions include but are not limited to: travel history, financial standing, purpose of travel, passport validity, supporting documents, and government policy changes — all of which are beyond our control.

3. Fees & Refunds

• Before embassy submission: If you request a cancellation after payment but before your application has been submitted to the embassy, a refund is possible after deducting a $30 processing charge (covers payment gateway fees and applicable taxes)
• After embassy submission: All fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the relevant authority
• Visa rejection: A rejection by the government authority does not entitle the applicant to any refund of fees paid. The decision to grant or deny a visa rests solely with the relevant government authority and is beyond our control
• Government / embassy fees are collected on behalf of the issuing authority and are non-refundable under any circumstances

4. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents
• Ensuring your passport has sufficient validity (minimum 6 months validity is typically required)
• Meeting the financial, health, and eligibility requirements of the destination country
• Any consequences arising from incorrect or fraudulent information submitted

If an application is rejected due to incorrect information provided by the applicant, Atlygo bears no responsibility and no refund will be issued.

5. Processing Times

Visa processing times are determined by government authorities and may vary. We provide estimated processing times based on current information, but these are not guaranteed. We recommend applying well in advance of your intended travel date.

Atlygo is not liable for any losses (including non-refundable travel or accommodation costs) incurred due to visa processing delays.

6. Policy Changes

Visa requirements, fees, and policies of destination countries can change without notice. While we endeavour to keep our information current, Atlygo is not responsible for any losses arising from changes in government visa policy after your application has been submitted.
