Booking Process
When you select a room, we first confirm the rate and availability directly with our hotel supply partner before you complete your guest details. Rates shown are subject to change until this confirmation step, and any change will always be shown to you before you are charged.
Rates, Taxes & Payment
All displayed prices include applicable taxes and service fees unless stated otherwise. Prices may be shown in your preferred currency for convenience, but the actual charge may be processed based on the underlying booking currency and current exchange rates. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless the specific rate plan states otherwise.
Booking Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation and voucher by email. Please present this voucher, along with valid identification, at check-in.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information, arriving with valid government-issued identification, and complying with the individual property's house rules and check-in/check-out policies, which may vary by hotel.
Our Role
We act as an intermediary between you and our hotel supply partner and the individual properties. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy of listings, availability and pricing, the property itself is responsible for the accommodation and services provided during your stay.
Modifications & Cancellations
Your ability to modify or cancel a booking depends on the specific rate plan selected — some rates are fully refundable up to a certain date, while others are non-refundable. Please review the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including property closures, overbooking by the property, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you and our supply partner to find a suitable resolution.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
